FMUSP has finalists in AAHCI's Student Leadership Initiative Program in Virtual Medical EducationThe International Association of Academic Health Centers (AAHCI), whose Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo (FMUSP) is the regional headquarters for Latin America and the Caribbean, discloses the list of all abstracts that have been enrolled in the AAHCI Student Leadership Initiative program (ASLI) Virutal Education in Medicine, designed for healthcare students to demonstrate their leadership and creativity, promoted in November 2020.
The participating institutions were Clínica Universidad de La Sabana and Universidad del Rosario, both from Colombia, TecSalud - Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico, the Faculdade de Medicina de Botucatu da Universidade Estadual Paulista and the Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo.
In total, four papers received highlights and students were selected to present their ideas at the Global Innovation Forum AAHC 2021, which took place from April 19 to 23, 2021, online.
Between the finalists, two are from FMUSP, MEDnasNuves: Optimized Medical Education Model and Submission on Bringing Teachers and Students Together in the Covid-19 Pandemic.
